This one's for the babies and the parents. A sweet 90 minute practice which is 60 minutes of asana geared at parental wellbeing, and 30 minutes of baby massage, which is a great way to bond with your little bud.
Look forward to some stretching of the baby-carrying muscles, gentle core work, and some more dynamic standing sequences. Class is suitable for all levels and parents (one or several), or other caregivers of the baby.
