Anu Karoliina started her journey with Ashtanga, but soon on found her home in more gentle practices and shares a unique combination of strength and softness. Anu became a yoga teacher in 2015 studying Yoga Pranala with Linda Madani. Yoga Pranala combines a gentle yoga flow with sacred tradition of balinese hand mudras. Anu has studied Yin Yoga with Tina Nance and Hatha Yoga with Mark Whitwell. She has teaching experience from Bali, Finland and South of France, where she is based now.

Yoga Pranala is a gentle, opening yoga flow that combines sacred series of hand mudras arising from Balinese healers' tradition. This class is a seamless combination of meditation, pranayama, mudras and a yoga flow that opens the body, physically and energetically so that the life force, prana could flow within you with more ease. Anu is the only finnish Yoga Pranala teacher and eager to share this practice of self love here with you. Come and feel a beautiful connection to yourself!
