I Am Enough - ISHTA Yoga, Friday, August 2nd, 13:00 - 14:15, Main Stage

Misbeliefs like I am “not enough” or “not worthy” have deep roots in our unconscious. They can continue to rule our life; who and what we attract. When we realize that we can change that belief, we take back our power. One way to change that is using affirmations.

ISHTA is an acronym that means Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda. It also is a Sanskrit word which translates to that which resonates with the spirit. This session will incorporate asana, pranayama, mudras, kriya, affirmations, and meditation. All levels welcome to join!

Release & Rewire - slow flow yoga, sacred mudras & essential oils, Sunday, August 4th, Ruutikellari

A slow and deliberate flow for letting go of what is not serving us anymore. The flow will open energy lines with essential oils deepening the experience. Sacred pauses with mudras are sprinkled into the practice. Mudras are hand positions, powerful because the hands take up a large part of the real estate in the motor cortex of the brain. Mudras change the way we feel; they literally alter the prana in the body. This practice is great for all levels!
